2.2 Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you provide for your listing. However, by submitting this content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content as part of our directory, in all related websites owned by Travelindex Ltd. and in promotional materials.

3. Listing Details

3.1 Submission of Information: You are responsible for providing and updating all relevant information for your listing, including but not limited to your business name, address, contact details, website, and a description of services offered.
3.2 Content Approval and Changes: All submitted content will be reviewed by us prior to publication. We reserve the right to reject or modify content that does not meet our quality standards or is deemed inappropriate. You may request changes to your listing at any time by contacting our support team.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees and Payment: The cost for a one-year listing is US$ 9.99 (US dollars nine and ninety-nine cents), payable in full at the time of purchase. All payments must be made through the designated payment methods accepted by us.
4.2 Renewal Process: Your listing will automatically renew at the end of each one-year term unless you provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the renewal date. Renewal fees will be billed at the rate prevailing at the time of renewal, which may be subject to change.

5. Term and Termination

5.1 Listing Term: The listing term begins on the date of purchase and continues for one year. During this period, , and after approval by our editorial team, your listing will be active and accessible in our directory.
5.2 Termination and Cancellation: You may terminate this agreement by providing 30 days' written notice to us. 10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: The directory is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the directory will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
