OMEMO Selected in the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2026

Created by Swiss chef Yannick Hollenstein, OMEMO presents a contemporary interpretation of classic Swiss cuisine, shaped by his Alpine heritage and his experience in Southern Thailand.
The restaurant’s full experience menu presents its contemporary Swiss cuisine as a complete sequence, bringing together house-made specialities and modern interpretations of traditional dishes.

OMEMO’s menus draw on Swiss ingredients, techniques and traditions while reflecting the climate, produce and setting of Phuket. Familiar Alpine dishes are reinterpreted through contemporary technique, precise presentation and a focus on balance.
OMEMO is Hollenstein’s flagship restaurant at Vibes of Nature. He also developed the culinary concepts behind COBY, the property’s all-day brunch and bakery destination, and EMO, its before-and-after-dinner lounge.
The selection in the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2026 marks OMEMO’s first inclusion and an important milestone for Hollenstein and the OMEMO team during the restaurant’s first year of operation.
