Signature Bangkok Unveils the Fourth Edition of Its Celebrated French Gastronomic Series

Each edition welcomes a new line-up of internationally acclaimed chefs, offering guests a one-of-a-kind dining experience available for a limited time only.

From 29 – 31 October 2026, this year’s edition brings together four of France’s most distinguished gastronomic masters for an exclusive three-night collaboration at the Michelin-starred Signature Bangkok. Guests will experience an exceptional culinary journey led by three Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) recipients—France’s highest distinction for exceptional craftsmanship—alongside one of the country’s most celebrated former two-Michelin-starred chefs.

Together, we will present an exclusive eight-course tasting menu, thoughtfully complemented by curated mini wine pairings, celebrating the timeless artistry, precision and heritage of French gastronomy. Enhancing this immersive dining experience, internationally acclaimed British pianist Richard Sully will perform live throughout the evening, creating an elegant harmony between exceptional cuisine and world-class music.
